Two night minimum stay required weekends during high season.

Cot or Rollaway available in some rooms: $10/night.
72 hr cancelation required on all secured reservations.
Two week cancelation required for 4th of July, Labor Day or Cheeseburger in Caseville weekends.
High Season: Mid June through Labor Day.
Mid Season: Mid May to mid June and after Labor Day to mid October.
Low Season: Mid October to mid May.


	Two Queen Bed Suites (Rooms 1-3)


	High Season Rates: Friday-Sunday nights: $95 Monday-Thursday nights: $90/night Mid Season Rates: $75/night Low Season Rates: $60/night Closed November - March


	For guests needing two beds we have suites with a partial kitchenette. One queen bed is in an enclosed bedroom. The open living area has the other queen bed along with a couch and the cable TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen area has everything but a stove. There’s a kitchen sink, dishes in cupboards and a toaster along with the small fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

	Two-Bedroom Kitchenette Apartments (Rooms 5 & 6)

			Better than renting a cabin!!! All Linens & Towels are included. Daily housekeeping services at no extra charge. Rent for as many days as you’d like. No set check-in and check-out days. (2 night minimum during high season weekends)

	Families and couples traveling together will find our two-bedroom apartments ideal. For privacy these suites contain two separate bedrooms with a full bed in each room. The common area is an open living dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove a full size fridge microwave, toaster, pats and pans and coffee maker with coffee. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.


	Jacuzzi Suite

	The romantic Jacuzzi Suite is just right for couples who want to celebrate that special occasion or who just want to relax after a day of activities in the beautiful surroundings at the “Tip of the Thumb”. A whirlpool tub with room for two awaits. Surround yourself with candlelight and enjoy. After drying off with the big fluffy towels the rustic wood bed envelopes you in comfort. Relax on the love seat in front of the TV or enjoy a snack at the dinette table.


	Single Queen Rooms (Rooms 9-12)


	High Season Rates: Friday-Sunday nights: $70 Monday-Thursday nights: $65/night Mid Season Rates: $55/night Low Season Rates: $45/night

		Perfect for a couple or a guest traveling alone. Our Queen rooms feature a queen bed, bathroom with shower and a small table and chairs.

	High Season Rates: Friday-Sunday nights: $75 Monday-Thursday nights: $70/night Mid Season Rates: $65/night Low Season Rates: $55/night

	This room has one full bed and one queen bed. The bathroom has a tub & shower combination. It has the same appliances as all the other rooms.
